Gornja Lisina, south-eastern Serbia

Two decades at 1,300 metres above sea level

The Aleksandrov family farm has kept hives above Gornja Lisina, a small village in south-eastern Serbia, for more than twenty years. Our bees forage on untouched mountain meadows, far from crop fields and traffic. The honey is cold-extracted, never heated and never blended – exactly as it left the comb.
