Welcome to the official REMEDA online shop. This document sets out the rules for using the site and the conditions under which you may purchase our products online.
By making a purchase on the site you confirm that you have read and understood these terms, that you accept them in full, and that you will use the shop's services in accordance with them.
The REMEDA online shop is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You may place orders through the site at any time.

You can check all your orders and their status by clicking the profile icon in the top right corner of the site, where the My Orders button is located.
All prices are stated in dinars (RSD) and are valid on the day of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Prices are final retail prices and include all costs except delivery (unless delivery is free).
Due to the natural properties of honey and hand filling, a minimal deviation in weight (±5%) from the stated net quantity is possible.

Important: Discounts cannot be combined with one another.
We deliver via courier service within the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
If a particular type of honey is currently unavailable, we will contact you before dispatch to agree on a replacement, waiting for the next batch, or cancelling the order.
Payment is made cash on delivery to the courier – on receipt of the shipment you pay the courier the amount stated on the order confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse an order in the event of incorrect details, an inaccessible address, suspected misuse or other justified reasons.
Customer satisfaction matters to us. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it to us undamaged and unopened. The cost of return is borne by the customer, except in the case of our error.
On receipt of the returned goods and confirmation that the product is in proper condition, we will refund the amount paid within 14 days at the latest.

A customer who has made a distance purchase through the remeda.rs site has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract, without stating a reason, within 14 days of the day the goods came into their possession.
To exercise this right it is sufficient to notify us by e-mail at remeda.srb@gmail.com, and we will send you the unilateral termination form.
Please check the shipment in the presence of the courier on receipt. In the event of damage, irregularities or missing items, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
Your data is safe with us. We use it exclusively to process orders and improve our service, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
You may request the deletion of your personal data at any time by e-mail at remeda.srb@gmail.com.
The REMEDA site may use cookies to improve the user experience and for visit analytics. By using the site you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with your browser settings.
REMEDA reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. All changes take effect immediately upon publication on the site.
The content of the site (texts, photographs, design) is the property of REMEDA and may not be used without prior consent.
Use of the site is at the user's own risk. REMEDA does not guarantee uninterrupted and secure operation of the site under all conditions, nor is it liable for any damage arising from use of the site.
Given that our honey is a natural product, minor variations in colour, texture or rate of crystallisation are possible, depending on the season and plant species.
The site may contain links to other websites. REMEDA is not responsible for their content or for the consequences of using those sites.
